Here's a quick recap of what we did today in E-8!
Writer's Workshop
We spent a chunk of time today going through the steps of how to peer edit, specifically editing any run on sentences with the use of end punctuation or connecting words (conjunctions)!
Reading
We started reading a new book, Chocolate Fever, and applied the Notice & Note strategy for close reading by finding signposts and making an inference with that signpost!

Math
For math today, I felt that I needed to reteach measuring objects to the nearest quarter inch, and so...I did! E-8 teammates had a better understanding 1/4 of an inch, 1/2 of an inch, and 3/4 of an inch!
