We got the day started with research on hermit crabs! We read over a few sources (and watched a few as well), and found relevant info that pertains to the subtopic of shells! We then utilized the 3-keyword strategy to take notes in our own words!
3-Keyword Strategy:
- Read the paragraph/article for a good understanding.
- Close-read the paragraph to choose three key words that will help you explain and summarize the info, in your own words.
- Put the article away and utilize the three key words to write down, in your own words, the information that you've just read!
During math today, in collaborative groups, we examined the attributes that define a rectangle!
