We started the day out with a Writer's Workshop session! We discussed how to utilize a checklist to make sure that our small moments are in tip-top shape!
We then talked about using transitions in our writing to move our true story/small moment along!
And then we wrote, wrote, wrote!
During reading block today, we determined the main idea and details of a text that dealt with the Ohlone Native Americans! We also focused on finding cause/effects relationships during a Read-Aloud!
And during read-aloud we actively listened for any cause/effect relationships!
